Bp Southern Africa
Swearing at a custome

I went to BP filling station in Birnam JHB to get some fuel, as I was helped by a guy by the name of junior, he noticed my tyre was a bit flat and offered to help change the tyre or identify the problem. He noticed a nail in the tyre and asked his collegue Newman to assist of which Newman did assist very well. As soon as i was about to drive off i was informed that I was going to be charged R60 for something I didnt request for after they had finished. I was not happy with that and expressed by dissatisfaction about the matter. Only for junior to keep persisting about me paying the R60 of which I told him I wasnt going to do. He then started swearing at me about my mother of which he doesnt know. I got so angry i chased after him around the filling station to give him a good hiding of which I didnt. His conduct was very unnecessary and I would like to express my deepest dissapointment in the service of BP and its staff, especially junior.
