This morning I stopped at Caltex in Rosebank to buy petrol for my rotavator, and noticed my trailer tyre was flat, in order to fill it properly I jacked the trailer up, I was then told I wasn't allowed to fill my tyre by the petrol attendants, I asked for the manager, Shabir Marjam came out shouting about how I was in the way (the forecourt was quiet) and that I should get out of his petrol station, he was incredibly rude and abusive.
Is this the kind of behaviour I need to expect... I drive about 3000km a month for my business, and have never been treated like this when using anybody else's garage.
I tried to mail Caltex direct... that was just frustrating as the mail on "contact us" would not submit.
Just absolutely shocking all round.
