Lack of delivey and Bad attitude from the owne

I took my car for service last year november, when i got home My husbabd Noticed an Oil leak, which i immediately called then and they told me To bring My car in To check It out, the machanic checked It out n told me It's Just a spill from when they we puting out, i legt then after a Whule i noticed that Oil was still leaking, i then called then on the 6th Jan at 8:50 To Let then know of This Challenge, the receptionist booked me in for the thursday the 10th jan., when i tot there My car was not booked in, the only thing that made then believe that i truelly called the owner listend To our recorded conversation for that dat, he was very loud at First he didn't believe me, soafter lustening To the recorded conversation, he lightly appologised and booked My car for Sat. The 12th at 08:00. I brought My car in and It was attended To, i was told It was a Filter was not properly closed. But i got home, on Sunday morning i noticed Oil leakage which i washed off with a soap (rook a pic. as evidence) when i woke up This morning (13 Jan saw a drop of Oil which i also took a pic. When i called then again the Owner was xtrmly Rude n loud, told me he is buisy am not the only customer, he hung up.i tri
