I was contacted by a lady at Multi Franchise, unfortunately I cannot remember her name it was with regards to me not accepting a job at your Multi Franchise in Midrand and also that I was charged for things she was querying like consumables which she had picked up on the invoice when all they did was do a diagnostic test which cost me in total R1130.00 this was on the 8-8-2013. They then told me that the fuel return pipe needed to be replaced at a mere R3300.00 and that my Full Maintenance Plan and 5 year extended warranty did not cover it. I refused the job as I am a single parent with 2 children aged 19 and 17. I then asked them to go ahead and order me the pipe which is approximately R330 excluding vat and that I would have an AA mechanic replace the pipe. I have heard nothing from them with regards to the pipe being ordered or having arrived. The fuel return pipe has a temporary fix and this too is dangerous as it could go again at any time and I could set my car on fire. And another thing I asked at my 60000km to have my brakes checked I was told they were fine, I have had endless problems from the beginning with this vehicle.
