We visited Mccarthy on the 3 Jan and saw a Jeep 2013 that we liked. After agreeing to a trade in value for our existing car, my husband told Martinus we would come by on Sat to sign the offer to purchase. On Sat - this was not prepared (Martinus was not there which he did say) however we were assured that Monday at 9am we would get a call and get the offer to purchase/quote prepared so we could sort out the finance. It's the 13 Jan and we have received no communication from anyone. Thank you for the most pathetic service we have ever received! Obviously the commission earned on a R529k car is not enough! Needless to add after last Monday we decided we will not purchase ANY cars of you given that your pre-sales is non-existent, I can only imagine your after sales services! You give Mccarthy a bad name!
