Outstanding Customer Service

I just want to thank you Lynn for being so understanding and not making excuses to cover for other staff members bad attitudes. Thank you again Lynn and Desh for going the extra mile and assisting me with my travel hiccups. I've dealt with Europcar in the past and had endless problems with that company, its an absolute pleasure to deal with professional people who remember that the customer comes first.
