Hi Multiply
I was on Platinum status from the start of the year 2013 and now Multiply website reflects that I am on SILVER status and that I need 22945 points to remain on SILVER status.

Please resolve this urgent query as I am not happy to fall down to SILVER status when I have been maintaining my level/status throughout 2012 (I was on Platinum status).

I am waiting on a response since 22 Jan 2013
