ENDLESS PROBLEMS!!!

In July 2012 a trade in with Renault Pietermaritzburg was done. The car had a few faults on purchase but was guaranteed that it will be sorted out. I have the car for 7months and up to date I have TERRIBLE service from Renault. The car was taken from me on many occasions and still not sorted. On purchase the bumper was cracked and was told before the car is delivered to me the bumper will be REPLACED.I recently found out the bumper was not replaced but repaired. The repairs to it were peeling off (that's how I found out). Called Renault and was told to bring my car in on the 29/01/2013 for it to be 'replaced'. I go in on the 30/01/2013 and was told the bumper is not going to be replaced but repaired again. I then spoke to the sales men and he reassured me that the bumper is being replaced. Go in on the 04/02/13 and once again is told the bumper is being repaired and only if it breaks AGAIN they will replace it!!! What is this when before purchase the bumper was to be replaced and not repaired!! As this was a fault before purchase. Where are the morals and ethics of this company??? This is such a big company I expected better service!!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT ONCE AGAIN!!!
