Poor workmanship and lack of responsibility

My Mazda 3 bumper was replaced by Automagic Durban as approved by Insureco. On completion of the job, the bumper and fender paintwork was found to chipped. Despite previous promises, the problem has yet to be repaired. Their management has also not responded.
