I purchased a 2011 Jaguar XKR on 28 June 2013. Numerous issues arose most of which have since been resolved even though it took several months to do so. An issue remaining relates to the spare keys not supplied. This was advised in writing by them several times since 2 July 13 and that it was ordered and will be supplied but to date has not been supplied and they just do not respond to queries about this. I have reams of emails between myself and the supplier - from salesman, manager, dealer principal but they still do not action.
