On the 08/01/2014 we visited the above-mentioned branch of Mercedes Benz, in order to view the new A Class. Dean (New Car Sales Department) assisted us with the demo for the car. He then requested that we schedule an appointment in order to evaluate our Navara bakkie (for a trade in), which was scheduled for today (10/01/2014) at 12:00. Upon our arrival today we waited a while before receiving service and when he eventually walked past us he enquired whether we were waiting for him. This clearly indicates that not only did he forget about our scheduled appointment but that he had no recollection of who we were!? He then stated that they were too busy to honour our appointment and requested that we reschedule for Monday, the 13/01/2014. This is makes an utter mockery of the word "service" and one expects far superior treatment from Mercedes. He has ensured that we never return to that branch and has subsequently lost out on a sale!!
