Very poor customer service

My vehicle went in for hail damage repairs at Silverstar Autobody. The hail damage was repaired by Global hail at their premises and thereafter the car was transfered to Silverstar for the paintwork. Let me start by saying that the vehicle was at Silverstar for as month. When i collected the vehicle, i found that there are still dents on certain areas of the vehicle, my windscreen wipers were not working, hand marks are on the paintwork and a glove box inside the vehicle was broken. After about a week, a technician was able to come out and have a look at the problems i had, whereafter he agreed that the workmanship was poor. Going on another week later now, i still have had no feedback on the outcome. Silverstar made no attempt to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle and dont seem to be too concerned to get my after sales issues attended to. Please note that driving without wipers in summer could be hazardous to ones health.
