I bought a new I10. Firstly the expected delivery date was not met, then the car was delivered without smash and grab, which was already paid for. They did not even notice this. Aren't you suppose to go through a checklist before delivery? "luckily" there were something wrong with the radio, and I had to take it back. The S&G was fitted, I got my car back, without being washed, the water stains from fitting the S&G was all over. Then the temporary permit expired. I phoned and asked for a new permit, I know there are delays with the registration offices. They promised me last Friday that they will bring it to me at 15:00. Nothing happened, after phoning the DP, they promised between 17:00 and 18:00. Nothing happened. I told them I need a permit, I am going out of town, and can't drive with no permit. At last Johan answered his phoned, and promised he will still bring it later the evening. At 21:00 I phoned, no answer, I sms him, after a long back and forth conversation I insisted that he bring it the next morning, which he did at 5:30. He gave me a temporary permit and licence plates? NO licence disc? Which does not make sense. This is a week later, and still no lic
