I was using one of my friends vehicles a Mitsubishi ASX and the vehicle refused to start.
On the specific day I forgot my cellphone at home. I borrowed a cellphone from a passer by to stucky motors. I explained to the receptionist the nature of the problem. She told me that she's going to put me through to the workshop. I spoke to a lady by the name of shariika and explained to her the problem. I explained to her that I don't know the telephone number as I borrowed the cellphone. She told me that they won't be able to contact me co I have no details. She dropped the phone. WOW this is a mercedes dealership. I called back again and spoke to the workshop manager and he told me that a mechanic was on his way.
I'm totally disgusted with this ladies behavior and the part that I called Stucky motors to report this and there was no managers available to report the matter to.
To make even matters worse my friend has reported that the battery is giving him problems on the vehicle and nothing was done.
I'm glad that we drive other brands where customer is KING.
