Your organization doesn't fail to surprise me, even once in providing such an atrocious service. From the telephone etiquette to the drivers going up to the managementthere seems to be no one understanding customer service, it's like you are runnin a kindergarten. The level of incompetence not to mention ruthless and consistent failure of professionalism is just breathtaking!!! Siyabonga, your driver just told my sister today, a receptionist at MTN building in mount edge combe that "I must be drunk and he won't entertain that "and he says this because I called him instead of calling Rtt for my phone that was supposed to be delivered last week and hasn't been due to lack of proper customer education. This morning I called Rtt, phone was answered by one not coherent enough to be heard and told him I was calling regarding my phone and I needed to speak to Siyabonga and the next thing when I was expecting probing I get a beeping sound of a cal rudely dropped! I call back, this one just put me through without notifying me. Someone picks up, I tell them I need to speak with Siya, he gives him the phone and after so much waiting Siyabonga hangs up without any substantial assistance, seriously!!!
