Trying to get my parcel from DHL is a nightmare
I paid my duties and vat within 5 minutes of receipt of invoice..it is sitting in Durban and yesterday I got an "unable to deliver as offices closed" which is nonsense as we are open 24 hours..
well this was a hoax email as it is "stopped " in Durban despite Sphiwe Dlamini from JHBG begging Durban to deliver!!!
Service is NON EXISTANT after paying exhorbitant international courier fees, once again!
