They cannot deliver my parcel or let me pick, its

I called to track my international parcel from Amazon and they are telling me that they cannot deliver my parcel since it is outside East London so they have given a third party. They goes on to inform me that since its a remote are, their 3rd party only carries out deliveries when they have substantial parcel going that side. So I decided to pick mine rather than wait for their parcel build up, but I'm told their 3rd party is confidential so they cannot reveal the identity. In short I cannot collect from their offices since they don't have it, I cant collect from 3rd since its secret, both cannot deliver since I am in remote area. Wow

Is this the kind of new business? Fedex and DHL always informs you where to pick from their 3rd party.
