Service Contract

In January 2011 my husband bought me a Daihatsu Charde at Princess Crossing with a service contract and exteded it to 75 000km. Every year when I hand the car in for the service I am told I have not got a service contract. Every year the service is not done properly due to the time delay of numerous phone calls and e-mails until eventually somebody somewhere discovers that we do have a service contract. Then it apologies all round and the car gets serviced. This year I took it to Northcliff Kia Motors. The same again. We never got a copy of the contract and cannot remember the reasons why we did not get a copy. I have in the mean time ask for a copy numerous times without avail. PEOPLE, WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BY A DAIHATSU. YOU HAVE YARS OF TROUBLE AND FRUSTRATIONS.
