Just Plain and Simple POOR Service

Went into the Centurion Branch to enquire about the replacement of a windscreen for my vehicle on the 27th Dec 2013. I requested a OEM windscreen and Ernst gave VW a call to enquire about availability. He informed me that they had stock and that they might potentially be able to replace my windscreen on Monday 30th Dec but he will let me know. Monday 3oth came and went and no phone call. On the 2nd Jan I went to the branch to enquire about what's happening. After 15 minutes of being there and not being helped - I decided to take my business elsewhere. I had a similar complaint about this branch earlier in 2013 and the owner/manager promised me that this was an isolated incident - however, I think its just how they operate. If you want to replace your windscreen, steer clear from PG Centurion. Service is bad and unprofessional.
