Fleet motor rental dispute

My car was brought in by GMSA for repairs to Meyers motors in King Williams Town; and a rented vehicle was arranged with First car rental for this duration. I patiently waited for the vehicle ordered part for more than a month. On the 9 December the ordered part arrived and the car was repaired. Fleet motors rental and Meyers motors were aware that I stay in Johannesburg and needed to arrange bookings to fetch the car. They extended rented vehicles to 17 December 2013 however I could only drop the car on the 18 Dec 2013 when I flew to East London to fetch the car. On the 23 December an invoice was sent by First car and I called the same day to dispute the invoice received however no follow up was made. The lady who answered my call promised to return my call but until today no one called to respond to my query.
Below is the list of disputes in the invoice:-
1. Dates in and out of vehicle verses items (2, 3, 4)
2. Total number of days billed;
3. Kilometers driven; and
4. Amount charged.
On the 24 December an amount of R 2352, 81 was debited from my credit card in which the amount is different from the invoiced amount and there was no explanation nor either feedback on the dispute.
