On the 8th December I phoned to change my booking. I was told to go to the Bellville Branch by Kagiso at the call centre. I went there and the lady at the office said she can't do it because she doesn't have the system. I went back to my daughters home and phoned Greyhound again. I spoke again to Kagiso. I send him the ticket via email as requested to process the change. I phoned me back to say everything was in order, the new ticket is booked and the old one will be refunded in 2-3 business days in full because I was in time to change the booking. I again asked him will it be the full amount of R517.50 to travel on the 11th December 2013 from Bellville to Hopetown and he said yes. I see on my bankstatement that only an amount of R414.00 was refunded. It is unacceptable as I prominently asked him if the full amount was to be refunded and he said yes. I want the rest of my money refunded as well!
