A couple of months ago we bought a Mahindra from Motorland Port Elizabeth, with delivery to take place in Cape Town. On delivery the Bakkie was disgustingly dirty, it had not even been valeted. When we asked if we could do this and claim the cost of the clean from them, they said please dont spend an more than R500. Well you can't get a valet easily for R500. The spare tyre was also not available on deliver and neither was the pare key. I fought for days to get this from them. Danie then agreed to call me back but when this did not happen I called him... he had gone on holiday... Eventually someone standing in for him assisted in getting this sorted.

Now a couple of months later we have had a breakdown in Cradock. The Cradock branch has been so helpful but Motorland PE is just not willing to come to the party. I am so shocked by their complete lack of customer service. No one at Motorland is willing to send the part they have available to Cradock for them to fix our vehicle. Mahindra SA is closed and Motorland will not stick their neck out to service their customer.

I know Many Mahindra drivers and will ensure they never ever support this excuse for a company.
