I took my car to McCarthy VW acardia for a major service, the next day while i was driving my car home to Venda, my car was making a funny noise, and i reported the matter to VW that same day, and the response i got was that if the noise insist i must bring the car back to the dealer, i drove, on my way back home the car show the temperature light while i was in the Kranskop Engine garage, i ask the garage attendant to check water for me and the was water in the car, and we try to find out what the problem might be but i couldnt find the problem, i tried calling Mc Carthy VW i didnt get response, and was no oil i put oil in my car and i drove back without any problem and when i arrive to heidelberg my car switch off, then i call VW in the morning, they fetch my car to VW dealer in heidelberg, then i got a call from VW headoffice by the lady called JO, that they cannot take responsibility because i drove the car while it had a problem, i feel is unfair because if they have done their service well and make sure that the was oil in the car non of this would have happened.the lady she is telling me that, i was not suppose to put oil in the car, because the cars from VW only uses oil from VW
