NO AFTER SALE SERVICE AT ALL

We receive a new Mahindra Bolera on 21 March 2013 Montana Branch. We had to wait 3 weeks for the vehicle, more than three weeks for the copy of the contract, the service book was very dirty and we have to wait more than six weeks for that, etc
On 20 December 2013 on our way to Port Elizabeth from Pretoria we had a breakdown 50 km from Kroonstad, had to be tow in and then Supa Quick Kroonstad test the battery which test complete dead. The date of the battery was November 2012. This was around 19h00. We had to purchace a new battery, paid the lead levy to took the battery as prove to Mahindra together with the invoice. We hand the battery to Frank at Mahindra Montana who replied that he send the claim to MAhindra SA and they denied the claim because they said the battery test correctly.
When collecting the battery there were no report from Mahindra SA just a test slip from Bosch.
WHY WOULD I PURCHASE A BATTERY AFTER HOURS IF NOT NECESSARY AND PAID TOWING COSTS.
There is no use to complaint to customer services MAHINDRA SA as they ignore complaints.
NO AFTER SALE SERVICE EXIST
WE HAD SPEND THOUSANDS ON RAND ON A BRAND NEW BAKKIE STILL SUPPOSE TO BE UNDER WARANTEE TO FIX MISTAKES
