I brought a new vehicle Mahindra XUV 500 in September last year and I have been having endless hassles with this vehicle. The dealer Motorland is not coming to the party by fixing the issues correctly. So let me put you in the picture with the issues I have been having and if you can let me where I stand that would be great.
Firstly, when I brought the vehicle new off the show room floor there was 793km on the clock. I questioned this and they said the vehicle had to be run in, should is rubbish.
Then, I pointed out that the windscreen had chips and the console had marks. They fixed the windscreen and replaced the console.
Then the CD player stopped work, which they replaced.
Then the driver's side electric window stopped working, which they fixed and damaged my tint on the window. This they had fixed and my Garmin went missing out of the car. I have asked them numerous times to replace it and I get empty promises.
Then the radiator water bottle started leaking, which they replaced.
The front brakes started making a grinding noise, which they have tried to fix three times but it still doing the same thing.
