I had a package delivered from an overseas clothing shop. It arrived in Johannesburg on 19 Dec. I checked the status today, 30 Dec, and it is still sitting at DHL. I phoned them and they said they need a description of the items. Why have they not contacted me for the last 12 days to find out this information? Do packages wait indefinitely until the customer contacts DHL? How can this be an express service?
