We redeemed our voucher on 17 November. On 21 December I contacted their Help Desk and patiently waited for 100 minutes in the queue. Eventually when Lesley answered at 10:40, she informed me that the order was placed on 12 December only, and she gave me an lame excuse as to why it was done a month later. She also informed me that the package will be delivered on 12 January. She gave me a tracking number which I immediately typed in on [URL Removed] I informed her that the tracking number did not exist and she assured me that it will be active in January. Needless to say that the package, which was intended as a Christmas gift, has yet to arrive, and that the tracking number still does nto exist.
