I was parking in a shopping complex (pnp equestria), it was peak time so parking was limited.a city courier bakkie was double parked and I approached the driver to ask why, he just looked at me whilst drinking his beverage. As he was leaving the parking he spat on my car and drove away.this incident happened at 19:45 on 1st Feb 2013.
