I recently visited Makro in Springfield. I was attended to by Lawrence and his team leader. They both were very efficient in the jobs. Talk about great service, they had awesome service delivery! I did not have a receipt for a hydro vac that we purchased and needed them to pick up the invoice. They searched the data base from 2010 and pick up my purchase. Although my item was out of warranty, it took several minutes to locate it and they were very patient and professional. Lawrence took the time to actually advise me that they had to locate my purchase per invoice. Its a very tedious search but at the end it was sad news. I observed the way he addresses his customers and I can say, give that man a raise! Its rare to find passionate employees and Lawrence you are one of them. Thank you Lawrence and your team leader for a job well done!
