I went to Hi Q Bellville to fit new tyres on Saturday 21 December 2013. The service was excellent!! I was seen to immediately and the wait wasn't long at all. I drove to work Tuesday morning 24 December and heard a very loud grinding sound on my car and was terrified of what was going on. My colleague advised me to go back to Hi Q as it might be dirt between the pads from the tyre change. My colleague took my car to Hi Q and they discovered that the person who serviced my car did not put my break pads on properly and it was the cause of the noise. Hi Q then proceeded to fix the pads for me free of charge!! I cant thank them enough. They made my Christmas extra special. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! I will always recommend you guys in future.
