My brother went on holiday to Inhambane in Mozambique and the belt on his engine snapped. I collected a replacement and took it to the Postnet at Nicolway. They told me it will take 1 to 2 working days. I tracked the parcel and it arrived in Maputo Friday afternoon. There had been no movement on that parcel until Tuesday 12:00. I specified how urgent this was as if he doesn't receive it today (Tuesday Xmas eve), then he will have to wait till the 27th due to the holidays and miss Xmas with his family. Postnet to me this morning and said it was on its way (@8:30), yet its now 15:15 and still no parcel. I've called the dhl customer care line and the attitude of the consultants stank. They weren't cared about my family member not being home for Xmas and were trying to shift the blame to the post net for empty promises. Fair enough, but if that parcel hadn't sat in Maputo from Friday till today, he would already be on his way home. The only reason it started moving from Maputo was because I called yesterday and started making noise as apparently it was at the wrong branch. Does no one there have a phone to call me to find out more information. Thanks for up Xmas DH
