A new KIA K2700 was send in for a service on km reading 18 781 for its 20 000 km service
the mechanic who serviced the vehicle decided that the vehicle doesn''t need new brake pads and that it could last till its 30 000 km service
Unfortunately it had to go back on 21 033 km for brake pads They also had to skim the disc
This was also confirmed to me by Adriaan vd Heever According to him they will only change pads if their is less than 30% left there must have been negligence on our side My maths tells me that something is wrong
Clearly someone must be held accountable at KIA for this and pay the cost involved OR is this just a way of making extra revenue out of the consumers
I would like them to refund me the cost involved
