I am having the worst experience at Peugeot Woodmead. I normally take my car in at Peugeot Northcliff and had no problems with them even if something broke. But the insurance said that I had to tow to nearest branch. The car is now 2 and a half years old and it breaks down continuously. I have a huge problem with the attitude of the people at Woodmead as they treat the problem with my car as if I have booked my car in for a service. I keep telling them that the car is still under warranty but they keep telling me they are going to charge me. Today I phoned 3 times just to get an update from them and every time they said they will phone me back without phoning me. I eventually got through to them and they are apparently still busy with the quote??? I towed the car to them yesterday. I love my car, but it breaks down too much for a new car and I wouldn't have had a problem if they just fixed it but just doesn't happen. A word of advice, make the repairs on a car under warranty a priority. I will never buy a Peugeot after this experience.
