All checked out. They asked for payment in full and bikes would arrive at 11am on the 18th dec 2013. Then on the 21st of Dec 2013. Still nothing. I've tried all contact from email to SMS to calls. No response nor feedback. In-Line-Freight Solutions has said the order is not even listed but they do work with 'A Concept Box'. It is frustrating as I know silly season can make orders late but at least have the decency to let the client know! So far I feel this guy Chris Daniels is unprofessional but I hope no. Either way I would highly recommend not to use a cept box company Unless they are able to fix this before Xmas or pay us a refund?
