An insured (R1, 200.00) parcel sent from the FEDEX / SUPASWIFT, Midrand, Gauteng office in South Africa to USA (Waybill 8014 7272 6328), was lost/ and never reached the final destination. On USA side a very quick response and prompt service was experienced in trying to locate the lost parcel. However, when it was clear that the parcel was lost, a full refund was promised and I was referred to the South African side. This is where my problems started. After all statements had been issued, and all information forwarded, still no refund has been made. Now nobody even responds to my queries. No further response is being received from Bongi Masilela at Fedex / Supaswift office in South Africa. All e-mail enquiry about this issue is being ignored.
