Ordered a laptop from Amazon USA and had it couriered to Durban by FEDEX. It left Burmingham and dissapeared in JHB. Now my third week of trying to locate the parcel but due to the bad and don't care attitude of the SUPASWIFT staff no result to date. Probably but FEDEX / SUPASWIFT will not own up to their poor service.
