Unsave and rude

My husband bought a tablet from overseas and paid to get it delivered in South Africa Rustenburg. He kept track of the parcel. 2 weeks later i phoned Jhb to find out where the parcel is. The gentleman said the parcel was here in Rustenburg and gave me a number. I phoned on Thursday to find out where my parcel is and the lady said they got it on Moday 22/7. She will ask the driver and she will phone me back. Next day Friday 26/7 I phoned her back to ask what is the delay. With a calm voice she reply by saying " o mam, your international parcel got lost'. After I asked her to explain to me how it got lost I asked her for the address. Went there the same day (Friday) to go and talk to the manager. As i walked in the front door the lady at the desk did not greet at all an there was a food smell hanging over the whole office. Someone came from the back with his mouth full of food and asked me if he can help me. As I said he can finish eating he asked me again if he can help with the food still in his mouth. Long story short The manager is in Klerksdorp for a meeting. And the driver cant remember where he dropped it. Investigation is taking place. That is unacceptable where is it???
