POOR SERVICE

I booked my car in for a service at Kia Motors Tokia at 7.30am on the 20/12/2013. I received a call from the branch to advise me that my car will be ready at 13:30pm. I requested that they collect me from home to pick up my vehicle. At 14:30pm, i received no feedback. I called the branch and spoke to 4 people before getting feedback that the driver was busy. I then called in 20min later and spoke to the manager who advised me that she would get a vehicle to my place ASAP. At 15:30pm i called in again asking about the whereabouts of the driver. I was put through very abruptly to Yolander, who wasn't very helpful at all. She advised that she needs to find out where the driver is and the reason why i was waiting so long was because other customers wanted to put more passengers in the pick-up vehicle - that's not my problem. I had an appointment at 3pm which i missed because of the poor service experienced from Kia Motors Tokia... i wish i never did business with such unprofessional company!
