I just want to extend a MASSIVE thank you to Lall (service manager) for Ford/Mazda Barloworld Pinetown. Yesterday I phoned Lall and complained about my vehicle which had just recently been in for a service. Lall went out of his way to arrange to have the vehicle collected, checked and returned to me in near to perfect condition and running beautifully. Not only did Lall go out of his way for me, he made me feel extra special with a lovely gift for myself and my husband and my 2 daughter. Lall has certainly gone the extra mile by far and I cannot thank him enough for dealing with me calmly and with a stunning smile the whole time. Barloworld I hope you realise what a treasure of a man you have working with you. Look after him!!
