Over promise no delivery no customer service

On the 29-10-2013 I took my car for service to Tata Highlands North the service was done the I told them that my car has breaks problem they checked it and they said it was a manufacturers damage the problem is with the discs the Lady who assisted me by the name of Bongi said she will place the order and it will take 3 week.
Four weeks passed by the was no communication from Tata then I call them 0117193400.they said the was nothing they have not received the discs or stock, they said that they will call me first thing tomorrow morning. I did not receive a call from then three days later I call them they said the discs will arrive next week Wednesday which is the 18-12-2013.I called the and check on the 19-12-2013to check if the discs are available they said yes they received the discs I made appointment for the 20-12-2013I spoke to clarine Sekgare before she could even come back to me I had to call Tata highlands north 3 time before they could get back to me, they said I could bring the car on the 20-12-2013, my husband took the car to them he arrived at 7:30 there they attended him at 10:00 only to find that they don't have the discs, I called Tata again spoke to Pinkie w
