HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT

My Citroen C4 VTS, was booked into Citroen Tygervalley on the 11 December 2013, for a timing belt replacement (120, 000Km). There was nothing else wrong with the car at this stage. I decided to use Citroen for this job so that I was guaranteed with the service Citroen so 'prides' themselves on. Well this was NOT the case! For a half day job, I was then told to collect it the next morning (12 December 2013) because THEY had stripped a bolt and needed to replace it, at MY cost?!

Thursday 12 December 2013, I went to collect my car at 11:30 am, only to find out they had not even started the repairs. At 14:00pm I was told there was an oil pressure fault and that they would need more time.

Citroen not started working on car by 0930am 16/12/13! The Workshop Foreman said they would start checking. Not being happy the Dealer 2IC was contacted to ensure this happened. On 17/12/13 at 0800am contacted Citroen to find out developments. Unavailable. Contacted Dealer 2IC 0900am, Workshop Manager called back 0920am. Today 20/12/13 at 0940am the W/S contacts me to tell me it will cost R8, 500 to repair with NO Guarantee this would solve problem!! 9 days NO CAR, NO ASSURANCE &
NOT HAPPY!
