We dropped off our company vehicle on the 4 December 2013 as the brakes did not feel right. we were told that we needed to pay for brake pads and discs. we were told that we had no maintenance plan to cover that. we eventually got the details and faxed it through to their office. we eventually had to trace the sales consultant from Milnerton who provided us with proof of the maintenance plan.

despite that we were told to pay the full amount, which we agreed upon and requested that they complete the job.

then there was a further delay as they ordered the wrong parts. we had to wait even further.

today when we called we were told that the vehicle is ready and that we had to pay first before collecting the vehicle. the bill was passed on to the owner to process and it was noted that the bill was addressed to a Mr Leimer instead to Bitflow Investments 116... thus a further delay... we are still awaiting a bill and still are not able to fetch the vehicle...

we also requested an invoice towards the parts that were fitted and was told that they will not provide us with it... I don't understand this as we have a right to see that the parts fitted are authentic...
