The engine of my DS3 kept over-heating, I had to replace the water every two days while the temperature gauge showed normal. And yet, Citroen Hatfield kept saying nothing was wrong. In fact, I had to take my car in 4 times before low and behold, they found a crack in the water outlet tank. This is absolutely unacceptable!! In fact, when I complained to the service agent, I was told 'If you are not happy, you are welcome to go somewhere else'. As a Citroen client, I am definitely not willing to accept this.
