The Customer Service employee here mention (Nonhlanhla Dlamini) as identified took over 5 minutes charting to a colleague when I was already there for a service. As I was requesting to load mobile money, she demanded my ID, I gave her, Demanded my Phone, which was a different proceedure to what others do when giving this service. I asked her to explain why, she said do I want to be helped or not. She then left me for other customers, without explaining in details why her approach is different to what others do and what other officers did in the same outlet before.
