After numerous calls and frustrations with the Pinetown branch I was directed to speak to the manager Anthony who resolved all my problems of 2 weeks in just 30 minutes and promised that I would have my car back by the weekend after having to manage without a vehicle for 2 weeks. I was going to post a complaint, but thanks to Anthony, I am posting a compliment! Thank you very much for your assistance and for keeping me in the loop.
