I serviced my car at VW Strijdom Park on Thursday 12 December 2013. The service was completed well but there were no boot lock latches available for my Touareg boot at the time. My car was then booked for Wednesday 18 December 2013 so that the boot lock latch could be replaced. Come Wednesday, the boot lock latch was still not available. I am going on a 3 week holiday tomorrow and I will be forced to use a car with a boot that does'nt work. What an Inconvenience by VW!
