I am rather disguested at your quality of boots, in particular a boot that I purchased that has STRETCHED out to a size 5, the original size being a 3.

In and during May / June 2013 I purchased a cowboy boot at the Edgars store in Cape Town. The boot fit perfectly when fit it on in the store. The next day, I wore the boot to work. After a few hours I noticed that the boot was stretching and a few lines appeared at the front of the boot.

I immediately went to the store after work and showed the consultant at the store what the boot looked like. She said to me that there was nothing that they can do as I have worn the boot.

I have sent countless e-mail to your head office, NO REPLY. Please, what do I do with this boot. I paid R650, 00 for it. My hard earned cash gone into a total mess! The boot now looks so ugly, I just had it once.

Any further advice would be APPRECIATED!
