In April 2013 my husband took our car to Imperial Cape Gate to fix the lock of the boot, because the boot couldnt lock.
The day when we collect the vehicle I notice the damage of the logo's on the boot. We reported this to the office. 2 Months I was waiting for the logo's, went to collect and only receive the one. They confirm they will deliver the other one and until this date and time, I am still waiting for the other logo.
My car's boot is still not fix, took it to a panel beater and he confirm the lock is damaged and put the old one back.
Somehow, somewhere somebody damage the door of the boot and now I am sitting with the problem and cant open the boot at all.
No one takes responsibility. Also realize the top lock is damaged, Toyota charged me over R1000 for it and I can get it for R185.
