This service advisor was not decent to inform me about the delays with my car service, did not care to call me to keep me updated or return my calls after she had promised to. To top it all off when I got into the dealership her attitude was bad, she didn't even bother to really show that she as apologetic, it was as if there was nothing wrong with what she did.
This girl's service is so bad. And much need to be done about her attitude.
