TERRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM BMW LYNDHURST AUTO

I am deeply saddened by the treatment I have received from Lyndhurst Auto BMW (Melrose, Johannesburg).

I have a 2006 BMW e90, 320i that was sent in to BMW for a diagnostic test (25 July 2013) to ascertain what the problem is. They called me on the same day to tell me that there are various things on the car that needs to be fixed and replaced and would cost me a total of R26 000.00 for the repairs. This was immediately followed by me paying a deposit of R10 000.00 for the repairs to be done.

Riaan my sales advisor had assured me that the car would be ready by the latest Monday 29 July 2013. I have been given the run around in the interim and today is the 06 August 2013 and I have not yet been given back my car nor notified of a specific date at which I should expect my car to be returned to me.

I am extremely disgusted by the manner in which the service advisor Riaan speaks to me, constantly shouting at me and being rude by saying that it is out of his hands and he cannot give me a definite answer as to which date I should expect my car to be returned to me. He repetitively speaks to me by saying the same thing to me over and over again, "your car will not be ready today becau
